The Firm was established in Madrid in January 1974, with the aim to render an efficient, reliable, timely and good quality legal service. As a consequence of its clients' activities, many of which have an international scope, the Firm has a notable and long acknowledged expertise in international contracts, transactions, lawsuits and arbitrations.

The Firm has a long standing relationship with Latin America as Spain is an important source of investments in said region and a bridge between Latin America and the European Union. In particular, the Firm keeps an association with the Peruvian Law Firm RODRIGO, ELIAS & MEDRANO ABOGADOS which was established in 1965 and is one of the leading law firms in Peru.

Likewise, in order to assist clients in areas other than Latin America, notably Europe and the United States of America, the Firm works on a correspondent basis with a number of prestigious law firms established in those areas.
